1. 7-Day Return Window
We offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may initiate a return within this period — no questions asked.
2. Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the device must:
- Be in the same condition as received (no new damage, scratches, or dents).
- Include all original accessories and packaging.
- Have the inspection certificate and invoice intact.
- Not be factory-reset or have its accounts (iCloud, Google) locked.
3. How to Return

- Ship the device — we will provide a prepaid return label or arrange a pickup depending on your location.
- Inspection — once received, our team will inspect the device within 2 business days.
- Refund issued — upon approval, the refund is processed to the original payment method.
4. Refund Timelines

5. Non-Returnable Cases
- Device damaged after delivery due to misuse or accidents.
- Software issues caused by user modifications (rooting, jailbreaking, custom ROMs).
- Return requested after the 7-day window has passed.
6. Warranty Claims
All devices come with a 3-month Mobile Bazaar guarantee. If your device develops a hardware defect within this period, contact us for a free repair or replacement. Warranty does not cover accidental damage, water damage, or unauthorised repairs.
7. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. To switch devices, please return your current order and place a new one. The returned device will be re-listed once inspected.
