1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Mobile Bazaar website (https://mymobilebazaar.in ) or purchasing any product from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make purchases. By placing an order, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Products

All phones sold on Mobile Bazaar are certified pre-owned devices. Each device undergoes a multi-point inspection. Product listings include the condition grade (Excellent, Good, or Fair), storage, RAM, and other specifications.

Because every phone is a unique, previously-owned item, what you see in the listing is the exact device you receive. Colours and cosmetic details may vary slightly from photographs.

4. Pricing & Payment

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.

Payment is currently processed through our demo checkout system. Once a live payment gateway is enabled, all transactions will be handled securely by our payment partners (Razorpay / Stripe).

5. Orders & Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled while the status is Pending or Confirmed.
• Once an order is marked as Shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You may return the item after delivery (see our Return Policy).
• We reserve the right to cancel orders if fraud is suspected or if the item becomes unavailable.

6. Unique Inventory

Each phone in our catalog is a single physical unit. When you place an order, that device is reserved exclusively for you and removed from the catalog. If your order is cancelled, the device is returned to the catalog for other buyers.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, logos, images, and design — is owned by Mobile Bazaar or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability

Mobile Bazaaris provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kharagpur, West Bengal.

10. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance.
